Hunt & Co. Terms & Conditions

1. Custom Jewelry Orders

All custom jewelry orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before design and production begins. The remaining 50% is due upon final approval, before shipment. Once production begins, orders cannot be altered or canceled. Typical lead time is 4–8 weeks, unless otherwise communicated.

Consultations

Custom design consultations are conducted in a 30-minute format. While the consultation is complimentary, a 50% deposit is required to move forward with a custom order.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Hunt & Co. reserves the right to adjust prices at any time prior to confirmed orders. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other checkout options provided on the Site. Full payment must be received before any item is shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally. Hunt & Co. is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All custom pieces are final sale. Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Product Descriptions & Variations

We aim for accuracy in all product images and descriptions. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, slight variations may occur. Some product previews may be AI-assisted or digitally rendered for concept purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Hunt & Co. Reproduction, copying, or use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hunt & Co. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or submit false or misleading information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
